With regards to the cost of lodging and living expenses, these will vary according to the Institution where the student will be following courses:

• IUSS - ROSE School. The cost for lodging at a local students residence will vary between € 385 and € 700 per month, depending on characteristics (single- or double-bed, with or without kitchen, with or without living room, etc). As for living costs, it is estimated that a monthly expense of around 500 € will be required.
• University of Grenoble. The cost for lodging in an apartment at the local students residence is around 550 € per month. As for living costs, it is estimated that a monthly expense of around 500 € will be required.
• University of Patras. The cost for lodging at a local students residence is around 350 € per month. As for living costs, it is estimated that a monthly expense of around 500 € will be required.
• METU. The cost for lodging at a local students residence will vary between € 370 per month (for a period of 6 months) and € 480 per month (for the whole academic year - 9 months). As for living costs, it is estimated that a monthly expense of around 500 € will be required.

Finally, it is noted that students will also need to bear the costs of travelling to and from their respective home country into the Institution of study. Such costs will very much depend on the country of origin of each individual student as well as on the Institution in question. Moreover, it is also emphasised that costs of the mobility envisaged within the MEEES program (i.e. going from one Institution to the other) will also be under the responsability of the student.
