Erasmus+ Scholarships

Within the Erasmus+ framework (2015/2016 onwards) the different scholarships foresee different levels of contribution, according to the table below.

The European Commission has financed the MEEES programme with a number of scholarships for applicants coming from any Partner country.

Without prejudice to the respect of high academic standards, the European Commission imposes also the following additional selection criteria, which aims at ensuring a geographical balance among the sponsored students:

  • Scholarships are awarded to a maximum of two students from the same country.

The deadline for application to the scholarships is given in here. It is also worth noting that the scholarships are expected to cover tuition fees, living expenses and travelling costs (necessary to reach the Institutions of study). In other words, all incurred costs are under the direct responsability of the student.
