Different aspects combine to bring about safety of civil engineering works : rules used for their design, actions they are submitted during time (classical or accidental actions, effects of time) and/or generated by environment (climate actions, natural hazards,..). The objective of this course is to treat the generality of these problems and to study the specific case of concrete structure particularly in the context of seismic risks.
